backscreen at launch

have 250 hours in and after the recent patch i cant get in at all...ive deleted shaders, ran poeuncrasher, changed every setting i can and i cant even get to the title menu. 2060 super i7 9700 32 gig ram... ive uninstalled and re installed 2 times...if i dont get any help i guess im just done with the game as i have no more resources to try to fix this problem... my shader chashe is set to unlimited. vulkan. i had on multithreading but the game was ugly looking without it. like I cant even guess what i could do to fix it beside by a new rig...i dont know what i did to break the game
