Change accoutn email issue
I've been waiting 4 days to recieve an email comfirming a new email for my account.
The last email was hacked. I've contacted support twice, no reply yet. I also purchased POE2 4 days ago expecting i would be able to change my account to then log in and play. So its been four days i havnt been able to play because of this email issue. Please help :) Last bumped on Jan 21, 2025, 1:26:58 AM

I've a similar problem, I changed my email adress to another one, but I realised just after I cannot get access to it. I asked support to revert my email adress back, they said they could do it but wanted to ask some questions first to check I was the owner. I replied to them with the correct informations. And it's been two months already and nobody care. I've completelety stopped playing the game because of this and doesn't intend to play until my problem is fixed. But they don't seem to care, I sent several emails to remind them of my problem, never got an answer. I'm very disappointed, should never have bought early access.

Thats incredibly dissapointing. Its literally such an easy fix, just change over the email on my account or allow me to change it!! Outrageous. |

Would it not just be easier, especially for you to have your website work as intended?
If the "change my email address" button actually worked, you'd save yourself work. Anyway, will continue waiting despite having paid for this game a week ago. |
