Loading screen stuck on act 6 The Mud Flats

When entering the exit from The Coast to The Mud Flats i keep seeing the loading screen forever and i hear my charachter dying. I tried to restart the game it restarts and i find myself in lioneye's watch. I tried to switch from directx to vulkan still same problem. Please your support!
