No Early Access anymore Support Not responding

Hello,

3 Weeks i am waiting now for response from your Support Team.

How this can be?

I bought The early accesss These steam directly and since last Month i have no Access anymore.

I‘ve sent already 3 emails since then.

Whats that for a Bad Support? I understand that you are Busy and was very patient but
no customer should wait almost a month.
