POE2 Space Allocation Location

Good day! I was unsure where else to post anything technical about POE2.

I have an issue where the POE2 installer initially began allocating space for the game on the wrong drive, C:, which had very limited space, I cancelled this a few seconds in, but I am now stuck with nearly 15GB less space here, and I cannot for the life of me find where this allocation is.

There is nowhere on my C: any new folder for GGG, Grinding Gear Games, or POE2 or Path of Exile 2 created from this, and I tried locating this allocation via a tree viewer with folder sizes sorted by date and size, and I also cannot find this in my installed apps list to uninstall anything either. I have also restarted multiple times but the allocation persists.

Any direction or help would be appreciated, thank you!
