Change email

I can't change my email from the mail.ua domain to gmail.com
The mail.ua mail service has stopped accepting emails for 2 years now (I almost never receive a confirmation link about the change). I wrote to GGG support on December 6th. They wrote back once, but not really on topic, and they never changed my email. Can the moderators or whoever, the GGG employees, somehow speed up this process, please.
I understand that there are often replies on the forum about a lot of requests, etc. But there's no 45-day queue to resolve the issue.
I play through Steam myself, but why do I need an out-of-date email address in my profile? Thank you.
