Cant use tradesite

Hey ,

After trying to get loot filter to load , which it never did work adter trying to export from filterblade somehome
My trade site became unusable saying invalid query charercter not jn game , i had this issue in begging but a ticket to support fixed it , for 18 hours i have nonresponae in both

I too have the same issue. ive recently started trying to buy items as ive gottem into endgame and im unable to contact the seller. also tried it from phone/laptop(im playing on ps5) and still same invalid query error. i made sure to relog several times.....nothing....
tried "copy whisper" but the ps5 keyboard thing has "paste" greyed out so i cannot actually whisper the seller. im locked in endgame unable to buy gear......
