need a refund for a MTX, is that doable?

I accidentally bought the rusty nethermancer cape instead of the nethermancer cape. Is there any way to have it refunded so i can buy the correct cape to match my outfit or am i out the 195 coins? i did send an email within the hour of the purchase.
