Arbiter of Ash can die after you have, and give no loot

Killed arbiter of ash on difficulty 0 (so i have respawns). he was in death animation as i died and a meteor fell off to the side killing me. I clicked respawn thinking i would just go again, but arbiter spawned in his crawling death animation. The room still full of impassible statues.

He dropped his skill book but nothing else and i could not reach the fallen object to continue the quest.

Same just happened to me, did you find any solution¿

Replying to bump this as it just happened to me as well. I can see a "Power Awaits You" but the statues are impassable so I cannot click it.
