highest level character stuck in titan groto

my game crashed while on titans groto cruel difficulty. now when i open poe 2 and try to load in my game crashes. I tried lowering the graphics and updating drivers with no luck. when viewing my pc performance, my cpu spikes to 100% no matter what when trying to log back in to titans groto. Its my highest level character i would really hate to lose it to this bug.
