NETWORK SPIKES / LATENCY ISSUES - WinMTR capture
Intermittently, I am having large network spikes causing the game to lag significantly. Can you please help identify what is causing this issue? I have captured the following from WinMTR:

" That WinMTR shows 3% packet loss starting at the first hop after your router all the way to the bottom of the trace which is what appears to be part of your ISP's network (Comcast). If you want more trace information to confirm the packet loss do traces to Google DNS or Cloudflare DNS.. 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1 I'd recommend doing these traces at a few different times of the day to compare and also doing them when you're experiencing the latency spikes in game. As a bit of info, the latency will spike when there is packet loss as one end or the other is waiting for data that isn't arriving. Also, they are using CGNAT to their customers in your area which is another issue all in itself (Distributed IP address starts with 100.). This is not a direct issue to your problem, but CGNAT is an issue that many ISP's cannot fix due to IPv4 address availability for customers. Google search CGNAT issues if you want more info on this.
