GGG customer service taking 6 weeks+ to respond.
I initially submitted a ticket on 28/11/2024 regarding merging account error and got a reply on the 9/1/2025 requesting further information such as my discriminator will i have to wait another 6 weeks? I also purchased the supporter pack with the clothing on the 20/12/2024 which still hasn't arrived. I thought the increase in postage was to resolve this issue? Really disappointed in the lack of customer service and I'm unsure how to proceed. For spending $450 I expected slightly better response time, this gives me no confidence to ever purchase physical supporter packs again which is a shame because on the face of it, GGG appears to be a fantastic company.

Ok I guess I don't really have an option. I appreciate your prompt reply however to not even receive a confirmation that my order has been placed or indication that it is on its way is really disappointing. $450 AUD just up in the air at the moment. It seems once you receive a response after 6 weeks and reply to the questions asked by support, you're in for another 6 week wait for a response again. I pray they don't ask another question...
