NO SUPPORT FROM CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND MY ACCOUNT LOCKED FROM DEC 7TH

Anyone can help? I asked and emailed many times to email support and no one replied. My account is still being locked from the launching date due to stupid restriction region and no email verification. WHAT CAN I DO NOW? I've been waiting more than 1 months.
