Unexpected Disconnect

Everytime I try to use a portal or even go Into the next area or map I get an unexpected disconnect and then try to log back in and keep getting the same message. Please help GGG. I’ve tried resetting router resetting console and even reverifying the license. Still not able to play. Paid for early access and can’t even play.

When encountering these types of issues it's important that you provide as much information as possible. By that I mean specifically the following details - what operating system your running, specs of your machine, type of internet (wired/wireless), have you updated anything recently that could interfere or affect this, etc. These are the types of information that help solve these issues. It's very difficult to try and troubleshoot a problem without having the most accurate information available.

I’m on a ps5 console with hardwired internet. 1gb specifically. I also updated to the 0.1.1 update and after that that’s when the unexpected disconnect started happening I can maybe login 1 out of every ten times and then after I’m in and try to portal I get kicked about 7 out of 10 times
