Infinite Skill Points

After getting my character to 63 i got a skill point and I could spend it on the whole passive skill tree if I wanted to of course I diddint this scared me please fix this bug so I don't have to start all over again. So the main problem is I have a skill point that doesn't go away after I spend it meaning infinite skill points.
