Cant start ultimatum

I died to trial master and now i cant get back in. the door is open and it only says open at the pedestal.
When i click on the trial of chaos it says " cannot connect to instance. The subarea no longer exists. "
When i click open on the pedestal it says " the operation could not be completed "
i restarted but still says the same.

died in the ultimatum not the trial master, but the same problem
