Frame Spikes tossing me out of game

I'm having frame spike issues, ... that I can monitor when pressing F1 by the white line that jumps off the chart in the in game monitor windows.

Every time I ctrl+click an item to xfer it from my bags to stash, or stach to bag I get a frame spike... if I do a few items in a row, saw 2.. 3 items, these frame spikes will toss me out of the game.

I do get occasional frame spikes without this, just during playing the game itself. Which sometimes tosses me out of the game as well. It is completely reproducable by xfering items in my inventory though. Note, dragging and dropping items with the mouse does NOT cause frame spikes.

Im running win 11, a ryzen 5900x, 64gig ram, geforce 4070 ti super... alienware 3440x1440 monitor... game is on a dual m.2 raid 0 drive.

I dont have such problems in any other game.. I'm getting very good frame rates, even approaching the 165fps of my 165hz monitor .. so fps, isnt an issue.. its these ms frame spikes that the problem.

I have tried disableing avast virus scanner, msi geforce monitoring software, my nzxt kraken water cooling monitor software... have disabled the geforce app.. made sure that overlays in both steam and the nvidia app are off.. no affect, the ms spikes still appear.

i have friends with newer ryzen 6950x3d systems, and a 3090 that can ctrl+click inventory with no ms spiles at all, the are on windows 11 too... soooo...

any suggestions? I'm at my wits end here... those ms spikes literally toss me out of the game back to the windows desktop.. oh im on the steam version of path of exiles 2.

Sounds like you've covered alot, have you reinstalled the game?
