No communication from GGG

Hi I've submitted support tickets(5 in total since release) to GGG about currency from buying the game going onto the wrong account.I've had 1 response asking for account names etc then nothing. Anyone else having similar issues?

I have encountered the same issue. After providing my account information, I haven't received any response.
Nothing. They‘re doing nothing.
