Freeze on map, then forced log out, then map failed

I was doing The iron citdel. Then my game started to freeze, Then it loged me out, when i logen in again there were no portals and map was failed. I did t die. I did t lose exp,so what the heck?

This happens to many players, i don t like my first citadel run to be like this, plus i don t like failed map at my atlass at all.
I understand that it s early access and so on, but still.

GGG, can you please at least give me a comment on this one?
