Over a week with no response to email
It has been over a week without a response on email for access.
I purchased early access and have never gotten a chance to even play the game (still says i dont have it on my account). I emailed support and even followed up, and have not gotten a response from support. I even see 300 coins in my account, showing that i made the purchase, but it then shows 0 coins on a different screen. At this point, i dont even have hope for just getting a refund. What is this?! If you are able to view your purchase on the Path of Exile website but not in-game, it may mean that you are signed into the incorrect Path of Exile account.
Please ensure that the account name on the top left of the Path of Exile website matches your account name in-game. I hope this helps! | |
You're actually totally right - the usernames are different - but when i click to look on my profile of the one with 300 coins, it defaults to the other one (difference being one is pathofexile2, one is pathofexile.com) - is there a chance they are both under the same email address and one account has access and the other doesn't?
