omen of amelioration AND omen of resurgence did not work

I realize there are instances where the resurgence might not trigger if i never reach low life and just die, but I don't understand why the amelioration would not trigger or are they not consumed on death?

many people will say you just got one shoted or whatever over ressurgence. I tried argue that so many times. Have multiple clips of slow deaths and that shit not working

Resurgence is buggy as hell.
Only carry Amelioration which does work by itself. You can only trigger 1 omen per map and Resugence does appear to be buggy. Do not carry 2 omens. Even if Resugence worked, you can still die and since you can only trigger 1 omen once per instance, you not trigger Amelioration |

Just died in simulacrum tier 9 with omen of resurgence active (red border in inventory still after death). I got hit down to low life (not DoT) but nothing happened.

PSA: Amelioration does not work for Titans if you have it in additional stash (!)
It does show as being active but it does not trigger. You die, lose 10%, and the omen is still active in that small additional stash. |

I think resurgence should work by not going below 1HP and an immunity bubble for a second or so as in its current state it's a bit useless

I've had this
Both Resurgence and Amelioration running. I got 2-3 big hits in the space of less than a second. My Resurgence Omen fired: did absolutely nothing, then I died and lost loads of XP. I'm not that upset: but it's clearly a case where it fired but didn't restore my defences before the death damage hit. |
