Lost access to PoE2 after update

Yea so just like in tilte after upadate i just lose access to game after buying it and playing cassually. I spent something like 11,5h inside game without a problem. Today (18.01.2025) I wanted to play after work to chill out a bit. I downloaded a update and try to join server and boom. Communicat that i don't have access. I tried to contact support but as i read thread and learned how long it takes support to respond... So I'm here hopping that someone would read this and respond me there.

If you received/purchased access via a third party, then the key's status may have been revoked. We can't speculate on the reasons for this and you will need to discuss this with the person that you received/purchased the key from.
