loot not showing for me

after the patch I'm having issues since yesterday with item loot filters on console. I can see loot on the ground but the game isn't allowing me to pick up any of it. for 3 waystone runs, I haven't be able to pick up any currency, waystones, gear drops...nothing. It show me the highlighted beam for a drop and I get sound cues that something good dropped but nothing to pick up. any help
