Shader nonstop to Max.

The Shader recently is constantly on max, droping down to less than 1 Frame per second in some populated aread, and 44 core cpu / 256 gb ram / 2 tb m2 7000 mb/s / RTX 3080 TI.
From nVidia control panel i've increased the shader cache to 100 GB, but this didnt helped as well. Even switched to RAM disk for the shaders, but it turns out that the game is so badly written that there is more than 3 places where there is shaders cache, and minimap. Finally i believe i found it in Roaming, yet redirecting it to the RAM disk solve nothing. This is an absurd. Please help. I was silenced for telling the name of USA president for 40 days. I was silenced for stating "I am Jesus" for 5 days. Maybe it is time the deeds of the moderators to become public, so peoples understand that they hired a cheap mods which enforcing their "woke" agenda on players.
