Cant load my characters

Hey all im having major issues i have both a :

Poe 1 account wizzydoc#9196
Poe 2 account Yproto#6381

Both are connected to my playstation account , poe 1 account load my chars and i can use with out any problems loot filter,

Yproto account i see no characters even rhou i have 3 , i was unable to trade but i did support ticket and it was fixed

Can some one for thr lord of mercy tell me how to sync or show my chars so i can get loot filter working
