Ps5 Purchase doesnt added! Ticket problems!

I bought 200 points ps5 purchase yesterday but it doesnt added to my account. I opened a ticket but support team never responds to messages. I already opened a different refund ticket 3 weeks ago they said we can refund your items and I said okay. After this they never responds back. Are my messages goes into the void ?
