Chat ban rules

Someone in the chat wrote about a mirror. I asked - is this the thing that costs $500 on the site selling for real? The answer was yes. All. For this I am banned from chat for a week. By this logic, if I were, for example, [Removed by Support] Do you think this is crazy? I think yes.
In general, I rarely used the chat - I didn’t spam, I traded only through the box, sometimes I asked questions about the game, since I didn’t play much of the first part. But apparently I will write even less often. Meanwhile, this happens in the chat...but these people don't get banned.
