Account Locked 168hrs Help

Good afternoon, I come here to ask for help, I have a problem.
I typed a wrong name in the global chat and then I received a chat block message at 168hrs, 2 minutes after the message I was disconnected from the game and I can't log in to the game or the website.

I would like to know what steps I should take to resolve this problem, I have already sent an email to support and have not received any answers.
can anyone help me? I love this game and I play it a lot with my friends.

I always try to follow the rules respectfully.
I would like to understand what happened, because for a small reason I was blocked from my account in the game and on the website.

I would like to know if I will be chat blocked and the account blocked for 168 hours or permanently.

It takes support more than a week to answer, so its likely youll be waiting for the entire duration of the 168 hours to find out lol

The support here on the forum is wonderful, but in email it's sad, you're left with no information, lost in the void without knowing what's actually going to happen.
a simple question and no one can answer it.
I love Path of Exile, but as a consumer user you are left abandoned without any support.

I have gamed for 2 decades, this is the worst experience with any support team i have ever faced, literally - thats not slander, just unfortunate and true.
