Lag spikes and Latency

I have a serious issue with the latency in the game since yesterday that it is impossible to do anything. I talked to the internet provider and they sent me a technician and my line is ok. I changed the settings and verified the files Again the latency is from 30 to 300 and even to 3000 sometimes I want to know if there is a problem that many people are facing, will you do something? Have you looked into it?
