There are no item drops / items disappears after using filters - PS5 (campaign)

Hi guys!

I have a serious problem. Yesterday I installed two item filters. The loot started to disappear very quickly. Then missing overall.
I inactivated and deleted the filters. But the problem remains. If I drop some armor or something, I can't pick them up again. I deleted the game and reinstalled it, deleted the PS5s cache. But the error still persists.

I too am experiencing the exact same issue. Cant run my maps cause I keep losing my loot. I’ve lost at least 3 divines that I know of and it sucks.
