Trial Of Sekhemas Bug (NOT in Cruel)

I encountered a bug where in act 2 (not cruel) doesn't let me get off the caravan to get to the Trial.. I have Balbalas Barya and travel to the spot through the map but it just won't let me get off the caravan.. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP!.. D': (This is on the PS5 console)
