Arbiter Loot bug

I have problem after killing arbiter for looting, the power awaits you orb is unreachable. Please fix this and also return my materials...

I can confirm this, same happened to me and it's BS!!!!! Working hard to kill hardest boss in game and then I can't turn quest and ALL LOOT missing. On which bugs you work on if you miss to fix the most important, the that that we all grinded for!!!!!!!! I'm so tilted with this!!!
