POE Account Locked Support email Ghosting me

Hi there,

My IGN is Flareshotzz, I dont know the numbers after it because you locked my account so I have no way of seeing my IGN now...

Please could you take a look into my account lock and at bare minnimum give me a timeline on when I will be able to play the game I paid to support.

Its leaving a really sour taste for me as I love the game so much so I bought an extra supporter pack because I want it to succeed but this is really rough. I can imagine there is a reason my account is locked but to not even know what is going on is really dissapointing.

Where I do understand that you have to also understand that I have paid to support the company in the development of a game that I cant even currently play as I was locked out of my account and it has been ages since I even heard anything I got one reply email in the same hour asking for my character names and then have been ghosted since. there is having a backlog of tickets and then just not answering tickets that you are actively dealing with.

No shade at all towards you personally but I am kinda annoyed that I am paying to support a free game I genuinley believe in and now I cant even play it until Support sees fit to get back to me

Good luck friend, I've been trying to get something from support for a week and a half now, nearing two weeks. Get comfortable, and get ready for a nice long wait, lol.
What sucks the most is I was almost finished with my review of the game too and now I have my boss hounding my ass because it was meant to be published this week just gone but since I am locked out I cant even play. I dont want this to sour my taste for the game and I am trying to stay objective but its getting difficult but for the integrity of my proffesional life I need to.

Yeah they don't care lol. Just look at their copy pasted response to every thread that is experiencing exactly the same issue as you.
