The early access key for Path of Exile 2 (PoE2) has disappeared. how ?

I purchased the PoE2 Early Access Supporter Pack for $30.
yesterday and received the key in an mail on my official account. However, today when I checked , it was gone, and now it asks me to buy it again. What happened? Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Bribe a friend who has a spare key or purchase now. What does this sentence mean? And what about my 300 gold coins? An Early Access key should be automatically applied to your Path of Exile account when purchased so you will not need to input a key to gain access.
If you have purchased an Early Access Key directly from us, Xbox or PlayStation please contact us at support@grindinggear.com so we can look into this for you. If you could include your Path of Exile account name and discriminator in your email and the transaction ID of the purchase, that would be great. If you received/purchased access via a third party, then the key's status may have been revoked. We can't speculate on the reasons for this and you will need to discuss this with the person that you received/purchased the key from. We recommend making Path of Exile purchases via our website as we will be able to assist with any issues that may arise. |
