[PSA]Do not under any circumstances , play cross platform, and purchase ANY microtransactions.

This is like my tenth problem as this keeps evolving to be even worse every time i turn the damn game on. When buying new tabs as a steam player, on the PS5 Platform the following errors have occurred

1. Stash tabs are not delivered at all - im missing an entire stash pack still.
2. Stash tabs are converted from PC to PS5 (no new stash tab is delivered). This is not what was advertised. i didnt pay a premium price to convert my PC Stash to PS5. I paid for a New stash tab, for ps5.
3. Deluxe PC tabs are converted to normal PS5 tabs until you have the base line 4 normal tabs that you should have, even if these were previously upgraded.
4. PC Tabs are deleted ENTIRELY if they are emptied as if they are Leauge tabs. They remain unavailable on POE1 as well. This deleted years of my standard stash on POE1. Versions Uniques from the last decade that you literally cannot find anymore, are just gone.
5. Stash Tabs that have duplicate copies are deleted altogether (E.G. Owning a PC Currency, and a PS5 Currency, Deletes the PC Currency tab entirely).


i have been playing since 2013. i've currently lost, from PC:

1. Premium stash tab bundle X 5 (200 Each)
2. Premium Stash Tab Upgrades: x4 (10 Each)
3. Premium stash tab single: X1 (40)
4. Exta stash tab normal: x1 (30)
5. Currency stash tab: x1 (75)
8. Essence Stash Tab: x1 (40)
9. Unique Collection Tab: x1 (110)
10. Delerium Stash Tab: x1 (40)
11. Premium Quad Stash Tab: x1 (150)

GGG has effectively stolen a decade of my time, and nearly a thousand dollars from me. GGG Refuses to Contact me. its been two weeks since i first reached out to support, ive made several SEVERAL posts about this each time the issue evolves further. all i get is a boiler plate AI Response from the "Support" team on the forum posts about how support is overwhelmed and cant take five seconds to say "hey, we see your problem, were researching your issue".

I've reached out to everyone i can think of, and zero help.

I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THE STORE.

you will literally wreck your account, and you wont be able to get ANY HELP from their customer service. people have been waiting for a month now for resolution, and not a peep from customer support.

Before anyone asks: No, i do not have unusable or remove only tabs hidden.

Contacted support, 2 weeks later got a reply they could help but it takes some time. Nobody is steeling stuff from you...this is offensive dude! Guess your thread will be closed. For good.

Why do you keep moving these posts back to help where people cant see it? this is an important warning for people so they dont get screwed over, because you refuse to turn the microtransactions off on console until this issue is fixed. there are literally hundreds of posts about similar issues. there should be a pin at the very top of console about buyer beware right now.


this is almost as if you're intentionally trying to hide the issue. im not posting about needing help. im posting about the lack of help. please move the thread back.
