Lost over 90% of Damage

I played with an Level 88 caracter and was helping a friend to complete the story line. My Damage was normal for the first 1h. Then my damage went from 55k DPS to 2.7k. All other stats are normal. I still do 2.7k after leaving the group. I reinstalled the game and still have this bug. Can anyone help?
