PoE 2 (Steam) Game Crashed

Hi, I wanted to note that my game has crashed twice today - no error message so not sure of the reason.

In both the crashes - the game freezes while in a area with an ok amount (5-10) of mob; the audio plays for a few split-second then glitches out followed by whole game shutting down.

Noting that this is the first time the crashes have happened, after days (~45-48 hours) of playing the game as a Merc. I am now playing as a witch today- so may be linked to it?
