No EA support currency on my steam account

Hi, so I bought poe2 EA and activated it here and then on steam with the given steam key.However I don't have my points on my account. The amount visible is 0. I can't find anything that could help me with this issue. Did anybody else had this issue?
I also wrote to the support and to their community team, however they don't reply at all and it's been like 7 days :/

Consider yourself lucky that its just currency thats missing, I can't even play and have yet to hear from support. Forget about the currency for now lol, just enjot the game, while you can.
