unable to perform this feature. trade marketplace site direct whisper not working

im playing on xbox and when i use the trade marketplace either on my xbox browser or on my pc. when i go to direct whisper it says "invalid query, this account is unable to use this feature" there is no where that explains this error code and there isnt a guide anywhere for console. i cant copy whisper as there isnt a feature to use the copy/paste from the trade website to the console in game whisper chat.

I cannot chat or trade its kerps saying i need to validate my account. It wont allow me to resend the validation code anyone have any helpful idea's?
