Why do I stay muted all the time?

Hello,
I'd like to find out what's going on that I get muted all the time in chat and can't communicate with others. I don't actually write anything in chat, but when I want to write back to someone on some offer I find that I can't because I am muted. The same thing happened yesterday, this morning I wrote back to one offer, and now when I want to do it again, I am not able to because I am muted again. I'm very much asking for help, because it's legitimately some kind of bug in the game. Last bumped on Jan 18, 2025, 9:13:46 AM
