I received a ban on account in steam poe 1 and poe 2 for one message in the general chat, despite the fact that I did not violate anything (in poe 3k hours in poe 2,300) I wrote to the support service by mail, but I have not been answered for 10 days [Removed by Support] Please contact tech support Or do I have to wait a month + to just get an answer?
