Early Access Characters Stash.

I was wondering when the game launches fully, do we lose everything we have picked up and stashed?

For example, my Ranger who I have just started doing maps with, will I lose all her spare gear, jewels, currency, skill gems etc.. in my stash? or will my new characters be able to use them when the game launches fully?

I know they will go into their own league at launch, but was curious about what transfer over to my other characters at launch since this is my first step into Path of Exile world.

You will keep everything, but it will be kept in a cut-off EA league, completely separate from standard. You can still keep playing those characters.

So, IF I wanted to create a new Ranger build for the new leagues I can't access the items from the stash from Early Access? I will have to refarm for them again?

A new league is always start from scratch. Nothing from a previous league is accessible in it.
