No email from GGG

How do I get the unlock code? Because I sent the email a few days ago.
I understand that there are a lot of emails sent to support, but I want to play the game too. I don't know why my ID doesn't have any mail from GGG, whether it's changing email, connecting to stream, or even the unlock code TT Last bumped on Jan 18, 2025, 9:09:01 AM

Could you please make sure you have added support@grindinggear.com to your email provider's contact list and/or whitelist? After adding to whitelist, could you try making a new request? Could you also make sure to check the spam and junk mail folders in case the automated email is accidentally filtered?
If you still aren't able to receive the emails after trying the above, we will get back to you via email as soon as we are able to. | |

I checked everything as you said once before since the last time I had the problem until I decided to change my email and connect the stream. Now I have the problem again and it's still the same.
