Support Ticket Wait Time

I am one of the victims of stolen items in accounts recently. I lost hundreds of hours of work because of their own mistake. On top of that, they said there was nothing they could do and locked my account. Then they said send us a ticket when your computer and network are safe and we can reopen it, but it's been a month and I can't play the game I bought with money and I can't even return it. No one can be unlocked. GGG informed in the letter that they could not provide any assistance but locked your account, and they don't have time to unlock it for you.

When you're attacked by hackers, make sure GGG doesn't find out, to avoid further attacks from GGG xD.

What a ridiculous comment. What do you mean you have no choice but to wait? We paid for this and we have been suffering disgrace for weeks. If you are not going to return to support, why are you closing our accounts without asking us?
