Can't change party leader in couch coop therefore can't open

When playing couch coop, me (P1) can't open maps because it says P2 is the party leader, change the party leader in the UI. But there's no option to do that in the UI, so we have to logout, login P2, open map, logout, login both every time we want to open a map. Very annoying.

I understand couch coop is probably the lowest priority, but fixing changing party leader would help a lot.
