Issue with Map Progression in "The Stone Citadel" After Boss Defeat

I am encountering an issue in Path of Exile 2 related to The Stone Citadel. After defeating the boss in this area, the map failed to progress, and I am unable to access the connected map routes to continue my journey.

It seems that the progression for this map might not have been correctly registered. If there are specific requirements or additional steps that need to be taken, please let me know.

after last patch i had 2/2 citadel bug for me and both are shown as failed even if I cleared it all with 0 enemies left

The issue still persist up to Dawn of the Hunt.

I can't progress my quest "Pinnacle of the Flame" because of this
