Mtx and tab migration

Hey! Could you please help me to migrate from main to subaccount? I’d like to transfer all my mtx and tabs from Poe 1 account to Xbox Poe 2 account. Still waiting for the response from support team, but there’s no email from their side. Thanks!

Have you been sent a notification by mail about the end of the transfer? At least something?

So on the the 21st this was the email

I replied same day with, yes please proceed.

On Nov 29th i get this generic reply

Thank you for your email and for all of your patience. We are currently processing a large number of requests and will respond to your query as soon as we can.

We ask that you please refrain from sending follow up emails for your request as this both slows down our ability to process requests and could bump yours back in the queue. We will help you as soon as we are able.


Will note the 21st email with kind regards was signed by a support person
The Nov 29th was just singed with kind regards by GGG support team

So the only reply to this email chain(ticket) was "yes please proceed" so no idea why I got the email on the 29th feel like that's when it should of been taken care of or at least continued but it is what it is.

I did send another email on Nov 25th but was about life time purchase question which wasn't a reply it was an original new email new subject. I have never heard anything about that but its okay because later I learned that my question was answered in the forums. That 29th email was when I found out about not sending anymore emails or follow-ups/check-ups and I haven't ever since I got that. Its funny cause I only replied to the 21st email to proceed which was just answering them to do the transfer so I don't know why I even got that Nov 29th email. Unless the 25th had something to do with it but would think if it did they would of replied to the 25th email not my email from the 21st.

Just to be clear.

I have never sent another reply to the 21st email other than the original "yes please proceed" even to this day I haven't and last contact was that generic Nov 29th email which I never replied to since that's the first I heard about sending additional emails or follow-ups/check-ups could put you at the end of the queue.

Yeah so I've been waiting almost 3 months in about 4 days 3 hours since original Nov 21st email or 78 days since Nov 29th either way its been way to long. To be honest wouldn't be surprised if I get another email then an even longer wait time after before it happens but yeah that's my story. lol
