The Citadels

i dont know how many of you got this issue, but the reason for failing the citadel or specific map mostly for me is because of some NPC that respawn in the same spot fast "0.5ms respawn time" and if you go near them or they reach you, you get 1 shot. i mean you don't die defeating bosses, strong elites with mods, masses of npc. but this npcs 1 shot you what ever you got. i have 3 charms slots. poison, bleed, freeze. it is a shame that after you die because of this issue that has not been fixed ever since the launch, still persists and citadels wont be accessible anymore, no info - nothing to explain to you what to do or what to expect.
