Impossible to log in UTZAAL map

Hi,

I rerolled and with this new character, i crash at the very beginning of a campaign's map (UTZUAL "past").

I can log others characters and play with them, but with this one, impossible. The firsts times, i get some hard lag, earing my GPU's fan, and now just impossible, after click on "play" --> crash, return to steam.

I update my drivers but no change.

I did this zone with my first character without problems.

If anyone have a solution... :) thx !

Hi guys,
Still unable to play the game for this reason.

Every time i try to go to Utzaal, a few meters after the portal, i go from 144 fps to 2 in a couple of seconds and then freeze, follow by a crash (game is running off and getting back to steam).

I try with differents characters = same issue

I switch many things in graphic's settings (including Dx11, 12, Vulkan, low quality...).

So i'm stuck :/

my graphic's drivers are update
I use windows 11 pro
my specs are: intel core i7-14700 kf
32 Go RAM
NVIDIA 4080 SUPER
