most terrible support ever

It has been 16 days since I can`t receive unlock code and my first email sent to support.

I know you`re working through a very high number of support requests.

I can wait but at least give me an approximate time.

Please do not reply to this post with a copy and paste official response.

I appreciate you're frustrated with the lack of response and I'm sorry about that. I can confirm we are all working very hard to solve thousands of tickets and that you can be sure we will answer your email when we are able to.
